How To Place An Order?
1. All items are sold at first-come-first-serve basis.
2. How to place an order:
a) Email you order to momsprecious@hotmail.com with the following details:
- Name
- Mailing Address
- Mobile contact no
- Item (Name/Code)
- Sizes
- Quantity
b) A confirmation email will be sent to you with the breakdown of the payable amount and the Bank Account no, or Paypal Account no.
c) All payments are to be made within 2 days (48 hours) after the confirmation (via email). Buyers who need a grace period for their payment, please contact us at momsprecious@hotmail.com. Otherwise, the transaction will be deemed void.
d) Upon completion of the payment transaction, please provide us via email with the following details:
- Amount Transfers
- Date / Time
- Transaction Reference No
Upon receiving your payment, your order will be processed and mailed within 3 working days.

We accept payment via POSBank Transfer, PayPal, Telegrapic Transfer (Western Union) is accepted.
2. Delivery
a) Kindly note that delivery charges quoted are for delivery via Singpost Normal Mail within Singapore borders.
b) We encourage all our customers to opt for the Registered Mail Service to avoid any disputes arise due to missing mails.
c) We charge S$3.00 for the Registered Mail service for mail order delivery via Singpost Non-Standard Mail. Note: The Registered Mail service charge exclude the postage charges and subjected to the current prevailing
d) We also can arrange courier service via TA-Q-BIN (Yamato) courier company at the following rates (subjected to charges):
- Package Size 60/Volumetric Max 60/Charges at S$6.00/pkg
- Package Size 80/Volumetric Max 80/Charges at S$8.00/pkg
- Package Size 100/Volumetric Max 100/Charges at S$10.00/pkg
- Choice of delivery timing: 8am - 10am / 10am - 12noon / 2pm - 4pm / 4pm - 6pm / 6pm - 8pm / 8pm - 10pm.
- You may opt to pay for the courier charges upon delivery. Otherwise, you may wish to include the coer charges in your payment to us. We will made the payment on your behalf.
e) For delivery outside Singapore, please contact us at momsprecious@hotmail.com for more details regards to the International mailing charges.
f) Items are carefully checked and send out in GOOD CONDITION. We will notes incurred due to the neglience of the 3rd party (i.e Logistics Company, Singpost, or Speedpost).
Cancellation & Exchange Policy

3. Refund will only be considered if we have misrepresented the item(s) and you must return the item(s) in its original packaging, within 3 days from the day of goods receipt.
4. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange due to ordering of wrong sizes is subjected to the stock availability and an administrative charge of S$0.50.
6. The exchange item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, within 3 days from the day of goods receipt.
